Quantity Surveying Services
The consultant Quantity Surveyor will provide the following services: Preparation of cost plans, Bills of Quantities, Estimates for bank loans, and preparation of bidding documents, tendering, evaluations, and assist client to select a suitable contractor.
Electrical Engineering Services
Details designs/ Circuit diagrams for layout plans prepared by the Architect will be provided by the consultant Electrical Engineer. Suitable lighting levels will be checked.
Air-Conditioning &Ventilation
Consultant Engineer will provide the detail designs for the suitable Air conditioning and ventilation system according to the type of the building, occupancy levels and its location.
Landscape Designing
Principal Architect Vajira Wickramasingha will provide the design for hard landscaping ie Pathways, flower troughs, Level differences and designs for paving. Consultant horticulturist will provide the design for soft landscaping and advice the client to select suitable plants.
Interior Decorations
Service is provided by the principal Architect Vajira Wickramasingha. Details of colour schemes, Furniture layouts details of Kitchens, pantries, barth Rooms and toilets, Selection of floor, wall and ceiling finishes, layout plans and designs for floor finishes. Selection of furniture, selection of curtains louver blinds etc.
